Ingredients

Each 9.5g (1 level scoop) provides:

Magnesium glycinate
Equiv. Magnesium 350mg
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 200mg
Valeriana ocinalis (Valerian) root dry extract 208mg
Equiv. Valeriana ocinalis root dry 1.25g
Humulus lupulus (Hops) fruit dry extract 100mg
Equiv. Humulus lupulus fruit dry 600mg
Glycine 3g
Natural flavours
Natural colour
Sweeteners (Glucose, Thaumatin)
Acidity regulators
Formulated without: Gluten, wheat, dairy products, animal products, egg, soy, artificial colours, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Dosage & Warning

Recommended Adults Dosage: Take 9.5g (1 level scoop) once daily an hour before bed. Dissolve in 200mL of water, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Stir until mixed and consume immediately.

Store below 30?C in a cool, dry place.

Warnings: In rare cases, Valerian may harm the
liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
