Directions:

How to use your pure essential oils:
Vaporisation: Add 6-9 drops in total to the water in your In Essence vaporiser.
Massage: Add 6 drops in total of your chosen oils to 12mls of In Essence massage base oil and gently massage over the skin.
Bathing: Combine 3-6 drops in total of your pure essential oils with a teaspoon of Sweet Almond and add into a full bath. Agitate the water to disperse the oils evenly before entering the water.See box for further information.
