Who, When and How?

Who Athletes and bodybuilders seeking to get lean and ripped and weight and carb conscious individuals.
When Use between meals or 60-90 minutes prior to exercise and/or within 30 minutes after exercise as a recovery formula.
How Add 28g (approx. 1 level scoop) to 200mL of water. Shake or blend until mixed and serve.

Consume up to 3 serves a day.
