A pure essential blend of Lavender, Geranium, Orange, Jasmine and Rose to provide symptomatic relief of mood swings. Provides temporary relief of headaches, period pain and sleeplessness during times of emotional unrest.

Ingredients:
Citrus sinensis (Sweet Orange oil) fruit peel 796.5mg/ml, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender oil)herb top flowering 115mg/ml, Perlagonium graveolens (Geranium oil) leaves 70mg/ml, Jasminum officinale (Jasmine Oil) flower 1.8mg/ml, Rosa x damascene (Rose oil) flower 0.7 mg/ml

Directions:
Massage: 6 drops to 12mL massage base oil and massage to ease nervous tension, stress and mild anxiety.
Vaporisation: 6-9 drops to water in vaporiser to restore balance.
