Beneficial for:
Constipation - Sluggish liver/digestion, abdominal colic
Flatulence - Indigestion
Features:
Gentle purgative formula, increasing gastrointestinal peristalsis;
Antispasmodic; and
Powerful detoxifier.
Cautions & Interactions:

• Drink plenty of water.
• Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems.
• Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, or if you develop diarrhoea.
• Use in children under 12 years is not recommended.
• If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.

Pregnant or Breastfeeding:

Not to be used when pregnant or breastfeeding. In general, constipation during pregnancy should not be self-medicated and really needs to be consulted with a healthcare professional.

Directions for Use:

Adults - Take one to two tablets daily.

Each tablet contains:

Cassia angustifolia (Senna leaf) 284mg
Rhamnus frangula (Buckthorn bark) 23mg
Plantago psyllium (Psyllium husk dry) 6mg
Anethum graveolens (Dill seed) 6mg
Glycyrrhiza glabra (Liquorice root powder) 6mg
Also contains:

calcium hydrogen phosphate, croscarmellose sodium, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, hypromellose, silica, magnesium stearate natural colouring and film coating.

Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.
